Tritonal – This Is Love Remixes EP

Are you a Tritonal fan? Does “This Is Love” get you pumped? Is it your jam? Are you tired of me asking questions? As their way of bringing in 2016, Tritonal recently dropped three brand spankin new remixes of their harmonic collab with Shanahan & Chris Ramos – “This Is Love.”

Each one of the tracks on the EP brings new life to the original. Blasterjaxx starts off mix by adding an upbeat rambunctious feel to song. I can definitely see this song being played at a bunch of festivals this summer. The Dutch-duo makes the song into a Progressive house body thrasher.

Sandwiched in the middle of the mix is King Author’s Future House version. It’s a little bit funkier and more chill the original and Blasterjaxx’s. The beat of this one was personally my favorite. Listening to the song put a smile on my face and boosted my mood.

Following King Author and ending the trio is Kayzo.  His rendition is blood boiling and got me the most pumped up. I immediately felt the urge to rage after listening to the energetic remix.

What I enjoyed about the mix is that each track is about a minute and a half long, so overall you’re only listening to about 4 and a half minutes of the same song. At first I thought I would be bored by the time the third track came around (because it’s the same song) but I was completely wrong. Each track is so unique and has its own feel and vibe that when playing the release it didn’t really feel like I was listening to the same song back to back. I was engaged and enticed through the entire EP.

Tritonal, this was great! What other hypnotic sounds do you have ready to fill our ears? *pair of eyes glancing slightly to the left emoji*
