With the release of his new banger (“WAWA” dropped on March 16th), this might be one of Party Favor’s biggest tracks to date.
I say this because Party Favor has been dropping “WAWA” in his sets for the last couple months. If I’m not mistaken, he played the track in his Ultra Music Festival Miami set last year as well.
I’m not usually a big fan of the vocal chopping chorus throughout the whole track. It tends to give a repetitive feel which takes your mind off the other parts of the song. In this particular song, however, the vocal chops work so well with the other components of the song. When the bass hits it’s so hard the vocal chops start to fade out and become just another sound… almost as a synth. All of that along with the light bassline on top of the hard bass hits makes this song a banger.
