Merk & Kremont’s new hit single, “Invisible,” dropped on Feb. 21, 2017. The music video already has almost a million views on Youtube and it’s pretty obvious why. The song is an absolute masterpiece and has a plethora of positive attributes to it.
“Invisible” might not have any vocals, but the background beat, drop and overall composition of the single make up for it. The background of the song is a guitar infused funk beat that is beautiful to listen to. The bass drop is very early in the song, which surprised me a lot, but I enjoyed it. Having the bass drop prematurely made the track unique from a lot of the EDM songs I listen to.
Side note: The music video for the song on Youtube is only 2 minutes and 30 seconds long, while the original is 3 minutes and 12 seconds long. I definitely recommend listening to the 3-minute long one. It’s such a beautiful song that 2 minutes does not give “Invisible” the justice it deserves.
Nevertheless, this song is a banger no matter what version you listen to. “Invisible” is one track that will for sure get stuck in your head for days on end.
