GTA released a new song earlier this week called “My Mamacita.” Featured in the song is Georgia based rapper, Rich The Kid.

To be honest, I am not really a fan of Rich The Kid. In fact, I had never even heard of him until I attended GTA’s Goons Take America Tour last fall. Rich The Kid was one of the performers on tour with GTA along with Hermitude, Sweater Beats, and K Camp.
Therefore, the collaboration of the GTA and Rich The Kid is not really a surprise. What was surprising was how much “My Mamacita” bumps. It should not have been a surprise to me considering GTA had to live up to their last song, “Red Lips,” one of the most talked about tracks in 2015. I was certain though that Rich The Kid would ruin the song. Upon listening to the track, I was proven wrong. “My Mamacita” is dope. It’s the perfect song to pump you up. I felt like a badass listening to it.
This is probably why “My Mamacita” has already captured the attention of celebs. The song was featured in the NBA Allstar Eastern Conference Lineup Video announcement, which was posted by Carmelo Anthony only a few days ago.
