Alex Metric is EDM Bangers’ March Artist of The Month.
Why? The answer is easy. Metric has single handedly crafted his own style of music that continues to blur the electronic genre lines with each new release. His sound, a perfectly blended combination of disco, house, techno and dance music, is something you won’t find anywhere else. Metric has created his own niche in electronic music; when you hear one of his songs, you know it’s his.

Ever since 2013 when the London native became a part of Skrillex’s label, Metric has only gotten bigger. His popularity started with his out-of-this-world remixes of popular artist’s songs (Ellie Goulding, La Roux, N.E.R.D to name a few). Already a well-known name in the UK dance scene, the remixes grabbed the attention of US electronic lovers. From there he began to create his own genre-defying songs that swept him into electronic music fame around the world.
With his ability to create bomb mixes and blood-pumping original tracks with a sound that is undeniable him, there is no question as to why he is our Arist of The Month. Metric is one of the most brilliant producers to date.
